- 15-oz. can fat-free chicken breast, roasted

Method
- In a large bowl, mix together chicken, sour cream, tomatoes and chilies, soups and about half of the cheese cubes.
- With a kitchen shears, cut tortillas into 1–1½-inch squares.
- Place a thin layer of sauce mixture on bottom of slow cooker sprayed with non-fat cooking spray.
- Add a thick layer of tortilla squares. Then add a thick layer of sauce
