- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 15-oz. can of chili with beans

Method
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on High for 30 minutes, stirring frequently until cheese is melted.
- Turn to Low, keeping the cooker covered, for 30–60 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent scorching.
- Serve with chips.
