Method
- Spread cream cheese in bottom of slow cooker.
- Spread chili on top of cream cheese.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Cover. Cook on Low 1–1½ hours, until shredded cheese is melted. Stir.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
