Ingredients

  • 2 14¾-oz. jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • cups fat-free mayonnaise

Method

  1. Cut artichoke hearts into small pieces. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, water chestnuts, cheese, and scallions. Pour into slow cooker.
  2. Cover. Cook on High 1–2 hours, or on Low 3–4 hours.
  3. Serve with crackers or crusty French bread.
