Ingredients

  • 8 ozs. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 15½-oz. can black-eyed peas, drained

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
  2. Cover. Cook on Low, stirring occasionally, until cheese melts. Cook an additional 1½ hours on Low.
  3. Serve warm from cooker with tortilla chips.
