Ingredients

  • cup salsa
  • ½ cup fat-free milk
  • 2 8-oz.

Method

  1. Spray slow cooker with fat-free cooking spray.
  2. Mix salsa and milk.
  3. Stir in all remaining ingredients except crackers.
  4. Cover. Cook on Low 3–4 hours.
  5. Stir approximately every half hour.
  6. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.
