Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp. diced pimento

Method

  1. Beat eggs with whisk in greased slow cooker.
  2. Add green pepper, pimento, seasonings, and soup. Mix well.
  3. Fold in crabmeat.
  4. Cover. Cook on High 3 hours.
  5. Serve with toasted bread crisps for dipping.
