Ingredients

  • 1 slice lean turkey bacon
  • 3 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Method

  1. Cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towel. Crumble.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic in bacon drippings.
  3. Drain on paper towel. Coarsely chop shrimp.
  4. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
  5. Cover. Cook on Low 1 hour, or until cheese melts. Thin with milk if too thick.
  6. Serve with chips.
