Ingredients

  • 1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cubed

Method

  1. Brown ground beef with onions in a skillet. Drain.
  2. Combine all ingredients except tomatoes in slow cooker.
  3. Cook on Low 6 hours, or until tender.
  4. Add tomatoes. Cook on Low 2 more hours.
