Ingredients

  • 46-oz. can tomato, or V-8,

Method

  1. Brown beef in nonstick skillet on stovetop. Drain.
  2. Place beef in slow cooker. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover and cook on Low 8–9 hours, or until vegetables are cooked through.
