Ingredients

  • 1 pint water
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 onion, chopped

Method

  1. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water.
  2. Brown onion and beef in skillet. Drain.
  3. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
  4. Cover. Cook on Low 6 hours, or on High 2–3 hours, until vegetables are tender.
