  • 1 lb. bulk spicy sausage (casings removed)

Method

  1. Combine beef, sausage, and onions. Form into balls. Place in slow cooker.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients, except rice. Stir gently so as not to break up the meatballs.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low 6–8 hours. Stir in rice 20 minutes before serving.
  4. Serve with rolls or cornbread.
