Method
- Combine beef, sausage, and onions. Form into balls. Place in slow cooker.
- Add all remaining ingredients, except rice. Stir gently so as not to break up the meatballs.
- Cover. Cook on Low 6–8 hours. Stir in rice 20 minutes before serving.
- Serve with rolls or cornbread.
