Ingredients

  • 1 lb. dry Northern beans
  • 1 lb. ham
  • 2 medium oni

Method

  1. Wash beans. Cover with water and soak overnight. Drain. Pour into slow cooker.
  2. Dice ham into 1-inch pieces. Add to beans.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Cover. Cook on High 2 hours, then on Low 10–12 hours, or until beans are tender.
