Ingredients

  • 3 15-oz. cans black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 14½-oz. can

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker except sausage.
  2. Cover. Cook on Low 5–7 hours.
  3. Remove cups of the bean mixture and puree in blender. Return to slow cooker.
  4. Add sliced sausage.
  5. Cover. Cook on Low 30 minutes.
