Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 cup minced onions
  • 2 cups

Method

  1. Brown turkey with onions in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add celery and carrots and cook until just wilted. Place in slow cooker.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low 6–8 hours.
  4. Serve over brown rice. If you wish, sprinkle baked tortilla chips over top.
