Ingredients

  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • cup chopped green peppers
  • 1 garlic c

Method

  1. Cook onions, green peppers, and garlic in oil in skillet until vegetables are tender but not brown. Transfer to slow cooker.
  2. Tear beef into small pieces and add to slow cooker.
  3. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Cover. Cook on Low 6 hours. Stir before serving.
  5. Serve with relish tray and cornbread, home-canned fruit, and cookies.<
