Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 cups minced celery
  • cups

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients except cashews and cheese in slow cooker.
  2. Cover. Simmer on Low for 8 hours. Add cashews and simmer 30 minutes.
  3. Garnish individual servings with shredded cheese.
