  • 28-oz. can fat-free low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup chopped onions

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients except green onions and sour cream in slow cooker.
  2. Cover. Cook on Low 6–8 hours.
  3. Top each individual serving with sliced green onions sprinkled over a spoonful of sour cream.
