Ingredients

  • ¾ lb. onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp.

Method

  1. Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until tender.
  2. Add remaining fresh veggies. Sauté 2–3 minutes. Transfer to slow cooker.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Cover. Cook on Low 6–8 hours.
