Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 15-oz.

Method

  1. Brown ground beef and onion in skillet. Drain and put in slow cooker.
  2. Add chili, diced tomatoes, and tomato juice.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low 4–6 hours.
  4. Serve with onion and cheese on top of each individual serving.
