Ingredients

  • lbs. ground beef
  • ¼ cup chopped onions
  • 1 rib celery

Method

  1. Brown ground beef, onions, and celery in skillet. Drain. Place in slow cooker.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low 8–10 hours, or on High 4–5 hours.
  4. Serve with fresh warm cornbread and slices of Colby or Monterey Jack cheese.
