Ingredients

  • 1 lb. uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 14½ oz.-can low-sodium Italian diced tomatoes

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients except cornstarch and water in slow cooker.
  2. Combine water and cornstarch. Stir into slow cooker.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low 8–10 hours until vegetables are tender.
