Ingredients
- ¼ cup oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Method
- In saucepan, sauté onion, garlic, and celery in oil until limp.
- Stir in corn, chicken, and chilies. Sauté for 2–3 minutes.
- Combine all ingredients except half-and-half in slow cooker.
- Cover. Heat on Low 4 hours.
- Stir in half-and-half before serving. Do not boil, but be sure cream is heated through.
