Ingredients

  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 cups sliced carrots
  • 2 cups sliced celer

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in slow cooker, except chicken and noodles.
  2. Remove skin and any fat from chicken pieces. Then place chicken in cooker, on top of the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Cover. Cook on High 4–6 hours.
  4. One hour before serving, remove chicken.
  5. Cool slightly. Cut meat from bones. Return meat to cooker. Add noodles.
