Ingredients

  • 1 lb. 99% fat-free ground turkey
  • 3 parsley stalks with leaves, sliced

Method

  1. Brown turkey with parsley and scallions in iron skillet. Drain. Pour into slow cooker sprayed with non-fat cooking spray.
  2. Add vegetables, water, dry vegetable broth, and rosemary.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low 8 hours.
