Ingredients

  • 4 cups fat-free, low-sodium chicken broth
  • 8-oz. can sliced b

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients, except shrimp, tofu, and egg in slow cooker.
  2. Cover. Cook on Low 9–11 hours, or on High 3–4 hours.
  3. Add shrimp and tofu.
  4. Cover. Cook 45–60 minutes.
  5. Pour egg into the soup in a thin stream. Stir the soup gently until the egg forms fine shreds instead of clumps.
