Ingredients

  • 2 cups fat-free chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 10-oz.

Method

  1. Combine chicken broth, water, corn, celery, onions, and wheat berries in slow cooker.
  2. Cover. Cook on Low 8–10 hours, or on High 3½–4 hours.
  3. Turn cooker to High. Add cheese, stirring until melted.
  4. Stir in salmon and dill.
  5. Cover. Cook 10 minutes longer.
