Ingredients

  • 1 pint oysters with liquor
  • half a stick (¼ cup) butter

Method

  1. In large nonstick skillet, heat oysters slowly in their own juice until edges begin to curl (do not boil).
  2. Place oysters and their liquor in the slow cooker.
  3. Add butter, milk, and half-and-half. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cook on Low for about 2 hours, or until heated through.
