Ingredients

  • 2–3 lbs. pork butt
  • 17-oz. can white corn

Method

  1. Place pork in slow cooker.
  2. Cover. Cook on Low 6–8 hours. Remove meat from bone and shred.
  3. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
  4. Cover. Bring to boil on High. Reduce heat to Low and simmer 30 minutes.
