  • 5-oz. pkg. scalloped potatoes
  • sauce mix from potato pkg.
  • 1

Method

  1. Combine potatoes, sauce mix, ham, broth, celery, onions, salt, and pepper in slow cooker.
  2. Cover. Cook on Low 7 hours.
  3. Combine half-and-half and flour. Gradually add to slow cooker, blending well.
  4. Cover. Cook on Low up to 1 hour, stirring occasionally until thickened.
