Ingredients

  • 2 cups potatoes, cubed (you decide whether to peel or not)
  • cups water

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients except cheese and broccoli in slow cooker.
  2. Cook on Low 6–8 hours.
  3. Add cheese and broccoli. Stir well. Cook an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and broccoli is warm.
