Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 4 cups potatoes, peeled and cut into ½-inch

Method

  1. Brown the ground beef in a nonstick skillet. Drain well. Place meat in slow cooker.
  2. Add cubed potatoes, chopped onion, and tomato sauce.
  3. Stir in salt, pepper, water, and hot pepper sauce, if you wish.
  4. Cover and cook on High until mixture starts to simmer, about 1 hour.
