Ingredients

  • 2 cups thinly sliced carrots
  • 2 cups thinly sliced celery
  • 2 cups chopped cabbage
  • 8-oz. pkg. frozen green beans
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 28-oz. can diced tomatoes
  • 3 envelopes dry low-sodium beef-flavored soup mix
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • water to cover

Ideal Slow Cooker Size: 4–5-Quart

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
  2. Cover. Cook on High 5 hours.
