Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen vegetables
  • ¾ cup fat-free, low-sodium beef gravy
  • 16-oz. can diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup dry red wine
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • 1 tsp. crushed garlic
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • ½ cup water

Ideal Slow Cooker Size: 2-Quart

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
  2. Cover. Cook on High 5 hours or on Low 7 hours.
