Ingredients

  • 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen corn

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients except broccoli and peas in slow cooker.
  2. Cover. Cook on Low 7 hours, or on High 3½ hours.
  3. Stir in broccoli. Cook an additional 45 minutes on High.
  4. Stir in peas. Cook an additional 15 minutes on High.
