Ingredients

  • 4-lb. roast
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepp

Method

  1. Season roast with salt and pepper. Place in slow cooker.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low 8–10 hours, or on High 4–5 hours.
  4. Serve with gravy.
