Ingredients

  • 4-lb. beef roast
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 onion,

Method

  1. Place roast in slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together all remaining ingredients except the brown sugar. Pour over roast.
  3. Cover and cook on Low 6–7 hours. Approximately 1 hour before serving, sprinkle with ¾ cup brown sugar.
