Ingredients
- 3–4 lbs. beef short ribs or round steak, cut in serving-size pieces
- 1 cup sweet and tangy steak sauce
Method
- Place ribs or steak in slow cooker.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over meat.
- Cover and cook on Low 4–10 hours, or until meat is tender but not overcooked.
