Ingredients

  • 3–4 lbs. beef short ribs or round steak, cut in serving-size pieces
  • 1 cup sweet and tangy steak sauce

Method

  1. Place ribs or steak in slow cooker.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over meat.
  3. Cover and cook on Low 4–10 hours, or until meat is tender but not overcooked.
