Ingredients

  • 3–4 lbs. beef short ribs
  • 32-oz. bag or 27-oz.

Method

  1. Put ribs in 6-quart slow cooker.
  2. Place sauerkraut and caraway seeds on top of ribs.
  3. Pour in water.
  4. Cover. Cook on High 3–4 hours, or on Low 7–8 hours.
  5. Serve with mashed potatoes.
