Sauerkraut Chop Suey

  • 1 lb. beef stewing meat, trimmed of fat
  • 1 lb. pork roast, cubed and trimmed of fat
  • 2 10¾-oz. cans 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 27-oz. can sauerkraut
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 12-oz. pkg. kluski (or extra-sturdy) noodles

Ideal Slow Cooker Size: 6-Quart


  1. Combine all ingredients except noodles in slow cooker.
  2. Cook on Low 8–10 hours.
  3. Add uncooked noodles 2 hours before serving, or cook noodles fully, drain, and stir into chop suey 15 minutes before serving.
