Ingredients

  • 3-lb. chuck roast
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Ideal Slow Cooker Size: 3–4-Quart

Method

  1. Place meat in slow cooker. In a mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
  2. Cover and cook on Low for 8–10 hours, or on High for 5 hours.
