Ingredients
- 2-lb. round steak
- 4 large potatoes, cubed
- 2 large carrots, sliced
Method
- Combine meat, potatoes, carrots, celery, and onion in slow cooker.
- Combine tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Pour into slow cooker.
- Mix together sugar and clear jel. Add to remaining ingredients, stirring well.
- Cover. Cook on High 6–7 hours.
