12-oz. can beer
1 envelope dry brown gravy mix
⅓ Method
- In the slow cooker mix beer and gravy mix together well.
- In a plastic bag, shake flour and steak cubes together until meat is coated.
- Empty entire contents of bag into slow cooker. Gently stir to coat meat with liquid.
- Cover and cook on Low 6–8 hours, or on High 4 hours.
