Ingredients

  • 2-lb. round steak, cubed
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp.

Method

  1. Mix meat, onion powder, garlic powder, and flour together in slow cooker until meat is well coated.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, except sour cream. Stir well.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low 8–10 hours, or on High 4–5 hours.
  4. Add sour cream 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve over hot noodles.
