Ingredients

  • 4 cups beef cubes
  • 10¾-oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream

Ideal Slow Cooker Size: 4-Quart

Method

  1. Place beef in slow cooker. Cover with mushroom soup.
  2. Cover. Cook on Low 8 hours, or on High 4–5 hours.
  3. Before serving stir in sour cream.
  4. Serve over cooked rice, pasta, or baked potatoes.
