Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. stewing beef, cubed
  • 10¾-oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 7-oz. jar mushrooms, undrained
  • ½ cup red wine
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Ideal Slow Cooker Size: 4-Quart

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
  2. Cover. Cook on Low 10 hours.
  3. Serve over noodles, rice, or pasta.
