Ingredients

  • 1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 10¾-oz. can 98% fat-free cream of celery soup
  • 10¾-oz. can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup

Ideal Slow Cooker Size: 3-Quart

Method

  1. Spray slow cooker with fat-free cooking spray.
  2. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
  3. Cook on Low for 6–8 hours.
  4. Serve over hot rice.
