3–4-lb. boneless beef chuck roast

- Place roast in slow cooker.
- Combine basil, oregano, and water. Pour over roast.
- Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
- Cover. Cook on Low 7–8 hours. Shred meat with fork.
- Serve on Italian rolls.
