Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 3 carrots, thinly sliced<

Method

  1. Layer in greased slow cooker: ground beef, onions, carrots, ½ tsp. salt, and tsp. pepper.
  2. Dissolve cream of tartar in water in bowl. Toss sliced potatoes with water.
