Ingredients

  • 1 lb. extra-lean ground beef or turkey
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • ½

Method

  1. Sauté meat, onion, and celery in nonstick skillet until meat is browned.
  2. Pour into slow cooker.
  3. Top with layers of cabbage, tomatoes, flour, salt, sugar, and pepper.
  4. Cover. Cook on High 4–5 hours.
